Andy Goldsworthy’s ‘Hutton Roof’

‘Hutton Roof’ is the name of a piece of sculpture currently sitting on the roof of the National Museum of Scotland. Created by the artist Andy Goldsworthy in 1998, it consists of four orange sandstone blocks. The work was made partly to honour the geologist James Hutton.
