Checkpoint is located in a former Seventh Day Adventist Church dating to 1899 that has been completely renovated. It now has a modern, minimalist interior that is perfectly suited to the restaurant within. Head chef Phil Lynch’s menu draws from influences around the world while remain firmly rooted in Scottish gastronomy. With dishes that range from Louisiana Po’ Boy sandwiches and pulled pork, to haggis-stuffed pork, there’s something for everyone here.
