Hendersons is a great little café with a range of vegetarian and vegan food for sale, including delicious salads, sandwiches and cakes. It is very well established compared with other vegetarian cafés in Scotland, having opened in 1962. Breakfast at Hendersons is a great way to begin a day in Edinburgh. Many also enjoy coming with friends for brunch.
