The Roost Restaurant

The Roost Restaurant is in a little village near Bridge of Earn called Kintillo, not far from Perth. They use locally sourced Scottish ingredients to produce delicious meals using the classical French style. Their own kitchen garden keeps them supplied with lovely fresh vegetables and herbs throughout the summer. A lot of their dishes have a distinctive flavour from their indoor wood-burning oven. It is owned by Head Chef Tim Dover and his wife Anna.
