NextOne of only two towers of its kind remaining in Scotland, the Abernethy Round Tower can trace its origins back to the 11th century. Built in the Irish style, the history of the tower remains a mystery, though a climb up the rocky stairs to the top will give you an amazing view of the nearby Firth of Tay.
