Found on Skye’s Strathaird peninsula, Camasunary Bay has a tiny township on land that extends beneath the Sea of the Hebrides. Translating from the Gaelic meaning ‘Bay of the White Shieling’, 10 ruined houses can be seen across the bay by hillwalkers taking on the challenge of the peninsula’s terrain.
