Carrbridge Golf Course

Located towards the north of the gorgeous village of Carrbridge – the northern gateway to Cairngorms National Park – Carrbridge Golf Club is a true gem of the Highlands and one not to miss for any golf lover.

Originally constructed more than 100 years ago, Carrbridge Golf Course may only have nine holes, but what it lacks in numbers it more than makes up for in breath-taking scenery. Looking out across the Cairngorms and surrounding hills, keen golfers will struggle to find a more spectacular course in the whole of the Highlands – and perhaps beyond. Rising to around 1,000-feet in places, the views across the Cairngorms Mountains cannot be matched.

The challenging yet enjoyable course has undergone massive improvements in recent years and now boasts wide fairways, extensive rough and a seventh hole which has the green 30 feet above the level of the fairway. It’s even recognised as providing some of the best greens in the Spey Valley.
