Mac & Wild are a fierce duo who are passionate about cooking, the great outdoors, whisky and Scotland. Combine these together and here you have Mac & Wild. ‘Mac’ also known as Calum and ‘Wild’ also known as Andy together own a string of restaurants under the Mac & Wild name, specialising in a range of authentic Scottish produce.
They bring Scotland’s finest exports to London, handpicking suppliers and producers from the Highlands and serving them at their London and Devonshire locations.
One of which is Andy’s family game-butchery business – Ardgay Game – where most of the meat comes from. As well as their London and Devonshire locations they of course have a Scottish location too, based in The Falls of Shin.
The iconic Falls of Shin is not only home to some of Scotland’s most stunning views, but now to some of its most exciting cuisine too.
Their outdoor cooking experience is truly a special way to dine. Watching these chefs prepare and cook some of the finest meats for your dinner in front of your very eyes in the great outdoors while sampling a whisky is an experience you won’t forget in a hurry
