NextAs a former tram depot converted into a contemporary visual and performing arts venue, Tramway is among Glasgow’s most unique and creative spaces. Situated in the Pollokshields neighbourhood, south of the city centre, Tramway boasts two performance areas and two galleries, alongside space for art and community projects. The building itself oozes character, having been built in 1894, making it the ideal venue to get the creative juices flowing. In 2009, a back area of Tramway was converted and became the home of Scottish Ballet and is believed to be among the leading venues of its type in Europe.
