Marking the spot where it’s believed Bonnie Prince Charlie sailed for France in 1746, the Prince’s Cairn sits on the shores of Loch nam Uamh. Unveiled in 1956 and cared for by the local historical society, the site also marks the place where the Prince first stepped onto Great British land a year before.
