NextOne of Glasgow’s defining symbols, Clyde Arc – which locals call Squinty Bridge – crosses the River Clyde. Opened officially in 2006, it was the first city-centre traffic crossing a river since the 1970s. Connecting Finnieston Street to Govan Road, the bridge crosses the city at an angle and can be walked or driven across.
