Straiton Village

Sitting on the banks of the River Girvan, Straiton is a pretty if not petite village in the South of Ayrshire. With just one pub and homes largely built during the 18th century, it was used as the central filming location for the 1999 film ‘The Match’ about a rivalry between two pubs.
