With an enviable position on the untouched North West Coast, Stalker’s Hut at Kylesku Lodges is where rustic hideout and timeless natural beauty entwine.
A perfect location to explore the untamed wilderness with incredible beaches, hidden waterfalls and wildlife on your doorstep. The dramatic range of Quinag is right in front of your cabin and provides tempting summits for walkers to explore. Stalker’s Hut is a pretty cool cabin, full of quirky surprises and dramatic views over the mountains.
The view down the loch is less than other lodges but can be fully enjoyed as you wander around the estate. Inside this larch-clad A frame, you will find inside a super-stylish highland cabin. The roomy open plan living space incorporates a retro corner couch, wood clad walls and a dining booth. The small but beautiful kitchen area has everything you need, to whip up a delicious supper, enjoy a latte from your coffee pod machine (dolce gusto) or mix up a scrummy gin or two. If you prefer not to cook, the Kylesku Hotel is a ten minute walk away. The master bedroom is a calming retreat with its kingsize bed, cosy duvet and crisp white bed linen, while colourful printed cushions and textiles give it a fresh, designer finish. Stretch out on the sofa and dream of the next day’s big adventure.
The two additional single rooms have the feel of a wood cabin and are the perfect private hideout. The bathroom is shared between the rooms and includes a large modern walk-in shower, with glass screen and heated towel rail. The kitchen has a hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment. There is also a washing machine in case you need it.
Please note this lodge does not have a wood burner. Short breaks are available and the site has wifi and 3G and 4G coverage for EE and ‘3’ customers.
