Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh

The Royal Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh is one of the great botanical gardens of the world and only a short walk from Edinburgh City Centre.

Their mission is to explore, conserve and explain the world of plants for a better future, and if you’re after some calm amongst the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh City Centre, then this is the place for you. Open all year the gardens offer 72 acres of beautiful gardens and landscapes. Make sure you check out the glasshouses which house over 2.400 plants from various countries, creating a magical and peaceful experience, they each have a different climate and house various exotic plants from around the world.
