Leave the city behind for the day and enjoy Roseisle Forest, a great place to visit. Enjoy a picnic and for the kids, there is a fun play area. With a wide expanse of sandy beach for fun and games, there is also woodland to explore. Why not enjoy time in the bird hide, watching local bird and wildlife? You can cycle here too or spend time enjoying the forest tracks on horseback, as well as pleasant walks and discover the coastal defences that played an important part of defending the country in the Second World War.

Closed over winter, there is a small charge for the car park but a small price to pay for exploring such a delightful place.
