Portpatrick

On the western side of the Rhins of Galloway is Portpatrick, a beautiful seaside town famous for its array of pastel-coloured homes around the bay. A popular holiday resort during the warmer months, Portpatrick is also the starting point for the famous Southern Upland Way walk, which is 212 miles long.
