Oban

Oban has plenty to offer its visitors. This seaside town is surrounded by beautiful countryside and nearby islands to explore. The town has lots of shops, pubs, cafés and restaurants including an interesting chocolate shop & café.

It also has a museum, galleries, a distillery in the centre of town and even a ruined Castle that can be reached by walking along the seafront. It makes a great base for a holiday with so much to see nearby, around the town and in the islands. It’s easy to get to by train, road or sea and there are plenty of good hotels and B&Bs to choose from.
