Glasgow’s version of Korean fast food, Kimchi Cult began life in London before moving northward. Opening in 2015 in Glasgow’s West End, they’ve been a significant force in the popularisation of Korean food in the UK – and now their menu blends Western favourites like burgers and fried chicken with a distinctly Eastern flare.
