Kilnave Chapel and Cross

This ruined chapel and unusual-shaped cross close to Loch Gruinart are some of the most unique sights Islay has to offer. The roofless chapel is a fascinating place to explore and has 2 feet thick walls. The narrow cross outside is carved from a thin slate and is a great example of an early Christian monument.
