Glenfinnan Monument

Erected in 1814 in memory of the Loudon Highland Soldiers, the Glenfinnan Monument is one of a handful of memorials to those who fought in the Jacobite Rising. Standing at 59 feet, it is topped by an unknown Highlander and has been in the care of the National Trust for Scotland since the 1930s.
