NextAs part of this charming forest on the Cowal Peninsula, Glenbranter is a small hamlet that was originally built for the workers who cared for the nearby forest. Sitting on the shores of Loch Eck, the hamlet is the starting point for a number of beautiful trails and walking paths through the forest, where the first trees were planted in the 1920s.
