Fold

A recent addition to The Barn, FOLD works with local creators to sell and exhibit the best of Banchory’s crafts. FOLD features a constantly expanding roster of makers, each of whom has its own distinct style. The atmosphere of joyful creativity in the store is infectious. Every corner of the store is filled with exciting products that directly support the creators. From scarves and clothes to ceramics and wall art, the passion behind each handmade work is incredibly clear.

FOLD began its life as an annual design fair, which quickly became the largest in Aberdeenshire. This slowly blossomed into a permanent fixture of The Barn, with the doors first opening to visitors in the summer of 2019.
