Fisherrow Harbour

A former fishing village and harbour now incorporated into the town of Musselburgh, Fisherrow sits just to the east of Portobello. Fished from the Roman times, the current harbour dates back to the 17th century and was best known for its production of herring, whitefish and prawns. Now, the harbour is largely used for teaching sailing and other leisure water sports.
