NextEast from the Finnich Bridge is its namesake glen, a seventy-foot drop down into a gorge. Carved naturally in red sandstone, it is the location of the ‘Devil’s Pulpit’, so named because of the deep red colour the water takes on as it flows over the stone. It was also used as a location in the TV shows ‘Outlander’ and ‘The Nest’.
