Since opening in Edinburgh’s Holyrood area in 1999, Dynamic Earth has used multimedia displays to tell the story of the formation of the planet earth. All of the key processes that have shaped the planet are dealt with, including plate tectonics and glaciation. It is a great place for a family day out.
