Calum’s Road

Calum’s Road is a single-track road that runs through the Island of Raasay. Looking out across the Sound of Raasay and Portree Harbour, the road is named for resident Calum McLeod, who rebuilt the road almost on his own in the 1960s and 70s so cars could drive on it.
