NextFirst opened in a cart shed in 1998, the Black Isle Brewery is all about creating world-class beer without sacrificing its environmental credentials. All their beer is made using organic, naturally grown barley and hops and brewed on their 130-acre farm in the Highlands – where they’ve planted more than 7,000 trees. They also run two bars in Inverness, as well as a boutique hostel at home.
