Dominating the Arrochar Alps with it’s neighbour Stuc a’ Chroin this mighty munro rises above the southeast side of Loch Lomond.
Deriving from the Gaelic for Hill of the Bay, this 3232 feet pyramid shaped mountain is easily recognisable and is visible for many miles.
The recommended route starts at Ardvorlich, where you will find parking close to Loch Earn.
This well signposted route offers a fantastic straight forward path up the mountain, the final ascent is rather steep and offers some fantastic views over Loch Lomond and the Lowlands.
