Ben Oss has a ruggedness to it that has to be seen to be believed, this 978 meter high munro which translates from gaelic to ‘Mountain of the Black Rock’ is a popular munro in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.
From the summit you can expect some beautiful views over the southern highlands and it’s mighty neighbour, Ben Lui.
The hike starts at Dalrigh car park which is around a mile south of Tyndrum and clearly signposted from the main road.
