Ben Challum is located North of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, this solitary mountain, situated close to the villages of Crianlarich and Tyndrum stands at an impressive 1025m high.
If offers the climber some fantastic views down Strathfillan and of the neighbouring peaks of Ben More, Stob Binnein and Ben Lui.
The walk starts from Kirkton Farm, and from there you venture up the grassy slopes to the North-East of the mountain. The walk to the summit takes on average 2.5 hours with some challenging terrain along the way.
