Self catering holiday accommodation close to the picturesque beach at Sandyhills on the Solway Coast in Dumfries and Galloway where you can enjoy Galloway’s famous Dark Skies and abundant wildlife from the comfort of your own balcony. Our self catering holiday log cabins which are overlooking a loch, golf course or the Solway, are surrounded by hills and forest which is teeming with wildlife, yet is only a quarter mile inland from the Dumfries and Galloway coast, warmed by the Gulf Stream. Enjoy our indoor heated swimming pool and sauna during your stay or go for a free round of golf at the local Craigieknowes golf course. We are also lucky enough to have the Barend Bar & Restaurant onsite which is pet friendly so no need to leave your pet at home. Enjoy a relaxing drink in the cosy bar with its log burning fire, or enjoy a great meal in the restaurant. Car parking is outside your own lodge. There are pet welcome and pet free lodges available.
