Aurora Bay

Aurora Bay’s atmosphere is sublime. On still nights the moon sometimes rises over Flodigarry Island opposite the house and is reflected in the dark waters. There is the Milky Way clearly visible on moonless nights and Auroras if you are lucky. Look for the seals on the foreshore beneath the house on sunny mornings and sit outside with a coffee identifying passing shipping. Alternatively on stormy Hebridean nights, experience the real heart of the Highlands experience, tucked up in bed or in front of the open fire listening to the wind. The location is great for Walking, Cycling, composers, artists, astronomers and wildlife enthusiast, as well as those who just love to watch the sea and sky.
