You won’t find fresher food than Mull has to offer. Tobermory’s ‘Café Fish’ has their own fishing boat that delivers fresh seafood direct to them every day. Make sure to try their delicious rich fish stew.
Ninth Wave also specialises in seafood, but also offers other meats, including Mull highland beef. Everything is locally sourced; they even get their herbs from their own herbarium.
If you have a sweet tooth, try the delicious homemade pastries and cakes at ‘Tobermory Bakery’. If it’s a sunny day, you have to sample the delicious artisan ice cream sold at ‘Isle of Mull Ice Cream’ on Tobermory Bay.
There are also a number of shops you can use if you want to prepare food yourself. The ‘Tobermory Fish Company’ offer a wide range of local produce including fish, meat, cheese, and oatcakes. Make sure you try their smoked trout. Co-op is the main supermarket on the island, and there are a number of Spar shops as well.
